The room was clean, but the pillows were uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very very good, slices of fresh bread, fruit, and meats - all appetising. Last time I stopped, had absolutely perfect room with balcony. The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from a Mexican national art museum. The place was nearby an underground station.
The staff was pushy.

The location was stunning, relatively close to Historic Center. Found in the nice enough area just off the historic area as well as Mexico City, the hotel offered good prices. I was given contemporary room with a balcony and a fridge and comfortable beds.

missingWrote a review on 10 Jancentral locationclean roomspoor soundproofing
The location beside Zócalo offers easy access to historical sites and bustling city life. The rooms maintain a level of cleanliness and spaciousness that makes coming back after a long day of exploring quite nice.
Sound insulation leaves much to be desired, allowing noises from adjacent rooms to creep in-especially bothersome with children nearby. Windows facing the courtyard can lead to uncomfortable moments as hotel staff occasionally pass by and might see inside. The initial deposit situation might create confusion when it comes to payment adjustments during your stay.

Breakfast is medium, location is in the heart of
There's a construction site under the window and it's very noisy day and night. And it will be for a long time.

A Great Base for Exploring Mexico City
We stayed for 5 nights in a cozy double room, enjoying a plentiful breakfast buffet that energized our days. The staff, particularly Agustin, offered helpful local tips. Don't miss the complimentary snacks available throughout the day. Note, Wi-Fi could be spotty at times.

Great for a family getaway
We had a awesome breakfast every morning, it was like waking up to a feast that could last all day. Plus, the staff was genuinely friendly and seemed like they wanted to help.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still within reason for what we got.

Bicycle rental was a blast! I loved exploring the area on two wheels. After a crazy start, America at the front desk sorted everything for us and got us checked in early, which was a lifesaver.
Felt completely relaxed, no reason to complain.
